This October, Disney celebrates its 100 year anniversary which is why we are seeing A LOT of Disney-themed collaborations! I am currently LIVING for all of the LEGO that has come out and from what I have read, there will be more sets released next month! I had no idea that these JM Solution and Disney masks were part of the celebration until I saw them at T&T this past March and as my husband was with me, I could only pick up one box even though there were 10 more types of mask! I feel like my husband would have greatly disapproved of me grabbing 11 boxes of masks at the time! I ended up getting a couple more through Oceanbuy.ca as they were on sale so you will see reviews of the rest over the next few Sheet Mask Sundays!

What makes this mask special? Other than the very cute Mickey and Minnie print, hyaluronic acid, collagen extract, rose water and rose oil to strengthen the moisture barrier and firm skin. JM Solution has always offered one of the more affordable and effective sheet masks in the Korean beauty space and when you look at the ingredients list, all of the “good” ingredients as well as the featured collagen are in the top half of the list.

While it would have been nice to not have the JM Solution logo in fairly large letter above my eyebrow, the design of the Mickey and Minnie were quite cute and clear on the cheeks. The mask fit was also good as they did not make the whole mask printed. Oftentimes, if the whole mask is printed, it is stiffer and results in the fit being not quite as close to the skin as it could be.

Mask Fit: Pretty good with a bit of lifting around my nose.

Tackiness: Very light for the first 2 hours and then disappears so don’t use this mask right before bed.

Hydration: Very nice! Skin felt very bouncy and plump!

Final verdict: JM Solution never disappoints and though I could have done without the massive logo, I am looking forward to trying all of the other masks in this Disney series as they have the quality I expect from the brand plus the playful Disney aspect!
