Get the Look:

Start by applying one coat of OPI Nail Lacquer Natural Nail Base Coat.
Combine Stay Out All Bright and Daffodil Duck Walk to create the base color of the look, applying two coats.
Next, combine one drop of Black Onyx with I Cannoli Wear OPI to create the shade for the polka dots. Using a dotting tool, apply the polka dots evenly spaced onto the nails.
