This is THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER for so many reasons, but the main one being that for the last two years, myself and others in the store have been terrorized by a very difficult employee. The most difficult and unprofessional employee I have ever come across in my 20 years at work and as of last Thursday, this employee is retired and most importantly gone. 

The relief and reaction across the board has been unanimous and I feel like we can finally have a real Christmas with our team without having a dark cloud looming over us! I have gone through a lot the last couple of years trying to stay sane with this person trying to get me fired, but luckily head office and everyone who matters have always seen my worth and my record is still spotless and perfect. If anything, I feel like I have been rewarded and now life can begin again! 

This is a very simple manicure as I did not want to cover up how pretty Dior’s Soir de Bal is! This is not my usual shade of polish as it feels rather “mature”, but I cannot pass up anything that is limited edition! This is a warm cinnamon red-brown with a hint of sparkle and is opaque in one coat (but you all know I always do two!). I added on some Kiss snowflake decals as well as dotted on some white polish to represent snow to fill in some of the negative space.

I feel like Soir de Bal probably would have looked better on its own, but I can save it for another time! Formula was wonderful and I would definitely wear this again for a neutral look with a bit of spice.
